Pace Wu was out again last night, attending the Bulgari Gala Dinner held at the Beijing Ritz Carlton Hotel in China.
Looking ethereal as ever, she wore an Alberta Ferretti Resort 2011 white gown.
Yes, it’s white again, but I can’t help but be enchanted by this lovely chiffon gown with a Chantilly lace trim along the v-neckline, and with draped shoulders and a flowing train.
Bulgari accessories, including a Serpenti watch and jewels, were styled with a green clutch with ivory-and-gold embroidery.
Does it come off as feeling too bridal? Yes, but stunning nonetheless.

Beautiful, but bridal.
+1
Yes, this is indeed stunning, even though it feels a bit bridal. The only thing I would change about this look is the clutch, not liking it.
Not getting the bridal vibes here. She looks ethereal.
Also, one too many accessories. Less is really more in some cases.
I thought ‘bridal’ immediately too. It is the Bulgari Gala Dinner so I guess I understand what she’s thinking, trying to dress up like a royal.
Yes bridal, but SO beautiful anyway. If it wasn’t for the train on the stairs it wouldn’t be so noticeable. I love how the dresses softness and her softness really shine through. So pretty!
She looks beautiful like a princess, she didn’t need the necklace or the bracelet but the clutch is great.
It`s from Resort 2011

thanks
WOW. Love, and the clutch, too.
So beautiful! Love asian star!
So delicate and beautiful, I understand the Bulgari accessories are obligatory, but that clutch is a bit too much, it overpowers this delicate look.
That picture of her on the stairs is just stunning.
She looks beautiful but she needs to lose the necklace.
At first sight I would have said too bridal, but the accessoires tone it down a bit. In any case, certainly stunning!
This dress is SO lovely on her. I think it is my BDOTW, and it is on my BDOTY contenders list! I don’t think the clutch *goes* but I do love her hair, the necklace, and…THE DRESS. OHMYGOSH. It’s breathtaking!
P.S. Believe that Jo Champa wore this to the 2010 Venice Film Festival http://www.redcarpet-fashionawards.com/2010/09/02/2010-venice-film-festival-opening-ceremony-%E2%80%9Cblack-swan%E2%80%9D-premiere-%E2%80%93-jo-champa-violante-placido-in-alberta-ferretti/
I did not sense anything bridal whe I saw the pic of her at the stairs. She looked like a princess. I do not think she needed the necklace.
*sigh* Perfect.
BDOTW, easily.
My jaw dropped as I scrolled down the page. This is perfection. BDOTW for sure!
Oh dear, I must be the odd one out here because, to me, this is a case of the woman making the dress. Pace Wu is lovely, and her carriage is exquisite. (As usual. Seriously, why does no one teach that anymore?). The dress, on the other hand, I find rather generically graceful and oddly … uninspired, for lack of a better word.
Pretty pretty pretty. Breathtakingly so.
<3
brides in China marry in red so this is perfectly ok
she looks drop dead gorgeous!
lol.cute
She truly shines as princess.
BDOTW Worthy.
This is absolutely stunning. Yes this does feel a little bridal but the colourful jewels and clutch do a great job of minimising that feel. She is so beautiful!
