Helen Mirren In Dolce & Gabbana – ‘Hitchcock’ London Premiere

Dame Helen Mirren was joined by Sir Anthony Hopkins on the red carpet at the BFI Southbank in London yesterday evening for the premiere of their new movie, ‘Hitchcock’.

The forever-young actress wore Dolce & Gabbana again, but she didn’t wear another black-and-gold lace frock: instead, she opted for a floral creation, styled with a black wool Dolce & Gabbana cape coat, black opera gloves and tights.

Looking as gorgeous and impeccably dressed as always, she added a touch of sparkle via her embellished booties, with a black leather clutch and pearl-drop earrings completing her look.

I liked all the other Dolce looks more than this one on her

This is horrible – nothing works together. – just because a person is older than 60 and can fit into a bikini does not make her a style icon

I like the dress and the coat, but there’s a little too much going on for my tastes.

I’m so so incredibly bored of Helen. By her standars this look is terrible. I don’t like the dress teh addition of the coat makes me like it less, the tights and gloves aren’t working for me and the shoes are not good at all. Her hair looks not great either. I really hope she gets out of this Dolce rut, because frankly it is doing nothing for her and it is getting boring.

I like the dress and coat I just think she missed it in the shoes dept. I think a simple black shoe would have worked better.

To summarize everyone before me, this looks is a mess. And we are sick of Helen wearing Dolce & Gabbana, as it is not a brand match. This look is horrible.

I think this is very elegant but her pose is a bit off for the look. She should not have held the cape open like that. The shoes don’t work for me.

    I want that cape coat!

This is the worst she I’ve seen her in a while. Head to toe there is not even one thing I like about it.
