Alicia Vikander joined Keira Knightley on the red carpet last night for the ‘Anna Karenina’ LA premiere held at the ArcLight Hollywood in California.
She wasn’t left in the shade by her more famous co-star, because she was radiant wearing a Rodarte Fall 2011 gown.
The green and grey metallic lace and tulle long-sleeve gown with an open back was styled with a simple black Kotur clutch.
She opted to go light on her makeup, going for a fresh-faced look, a simple bun and no jewels.
Alicia is already on my one-to-watch list.

I’m sorry, but I can’t stand this look. Looks like someone tried to modernize one of Laura Ingalls’ dresses on Little House on the Prairie. Ugh.

Agree! The bottom and cuffs are what’s doing it. I’d like this as a shorter dress, but it is so neutral that it doesn’t pop on the red carpet. She really fades in comparison to what Kiera is wearing.
She looks pretty, but I think this is one of her first US premieres and it would be better to stand out than go for subtle.

Beautiful! I like that she kept the makeup minimal.
Normally not a fan of this kind of dresses, I find them on a drab side somewaht, but Alicia carries it off extremely well, the look feels so fresh on her with that simple styling. Fresh, elegant, effortless, she made me like it.
Looks like she took some style inspiration from her costar Kiera Knightly. She looks lovely.

Wish that the neckline wasn’t so open beneath the sheer. Other than that, beautiful and elegant. I love her makeup. The hair is a bit messy, though.
