Lauren Conrad hosted the Design for the Cure Gala for the Susan G. Komen Foundation at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in California on Saturday evening.
The designer looked very elegant wearing a self-designed Paper Crown dress.
Her floor-length dress with an ivory lace bustier top and black lace maxi skirt was accessorized with subtle jewels and a diamond-encrusted brooch holding back part of her honey/platinum blonde ombre wavy locks.
Cat eyes and a glossy red lip colour completed her look.
I’m sure many of you are relieved that she’s not wearing yet another signature fit-and-flare dress, proving, unlike some, that she can mix things up.

Lovely! Glad she wore something different.
It must have been very difficult to design this, it’s so unique that I’ve seen it 1.000 times.
LOL
ugly cheap looking dress.
Cheap-looking and unoriginal and the bustier top is so small it causes a permanent hunch back.
Unfortunately I agree. The posture is necessary because of the bustier.
Love the makeup and hair on this occasion.
I think she looks lovely. I especially love her hair.
