Anna Kendrick joined a host of stars including Cate Blanchett and Emma Stone on the red carpet for Elle’s 19th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration in Beverly Hills last night, held at the Four Seasons Hotel.
The ‘Twilight’ actress wore a Badgley Mischka Resort 2013 dress.
Her sexy black dress with gold embroidery detail would’ve looked amazing with some open-toe sandals.
With some lightness added to the look via the sheer midriff, I’m disappointed she added such heavy Brian Atwood pumps.
Anna’s gold Mulberry clutch was the perfectly complementary accessory as were her gold earrings.
A wavy hairstyle and neutral makeup completed her look.

I’m cringing at those bricks on her feet. From the ankles up it’s a good look.

This ruins the chances of Halle Berry wearing this dress. Imagine how sexy it would look on her
Anna’s shoe choices of late have been pretty good so this is a major let down. I really love this look from the ankles up. Her hair and makeup is perfect.

This does absolutely nothing for her body. Absolutely nothing. She looks like an awkward kid.
such a beautiful dress and she pairs it with heavy black bricks. a nice delicate sandal would have been perfect.
Great from the ankles up. Why do stars insist on wearing boring black pumps?
With a neater hair, complementary sandals and on someone with more natural elegance and sex appeal, this would’ve been a great look.
She looks beautiful from the ankles up. Shame about the shoes.
Even a pair of Pigalles would have been better than these. A shame as she looks great except the footwear.
Usually, I’m not a stickler about these black pumps but lately we’ve seen examples of how they absolutely ruin outfits.
Hate the shoes, but I’m not a fan of the lingerie-inspired dress, either.
