Amy Adams walked the red carpet for a screening of her film ‘The Master’ at the Ziegfeld Theatre in New York City on Tuesday.
For the event, Amy chose to wear a Giambattista Valli Resort 2013 dress.
The actress really had been playing it safe lately, so this animal-print look is a bold step out of her comfort-zone.
I prefer the close up to the long-shot as I’m not crazy about the black skirt.
Strawberry-blonde curls, Brian Atwood ‘Hamper’ pumps and a natural makeup complete her look.

I would have loved if the skirt had the animal print as well. The pumps are boring, but the overall look is OK.
I agree.
And better shoes +1
Another disappointment . Starting to wonder who the stylist is.
seriously. something is agin her. I think it’s the shapes of the dresses. she may choose interesting patterns or colors, but she chooses boring, old lady silhouettes. at lesat lately.
I think that the dress would be better with the skirt in white, like the upper part, but I like it anyway, it’s new but chic. More interesting shoes would have been better. She has beautiful hair. Am I the only one who thinks that her smile is a bit weird?
No, you’re not the only one – I was going to comment on it as well. The smile totally fails to reach her eyes, so that she looks like a dental patient.
My issue is the shoes. The dress isn’t bad.
The top seems a bit too wide in the shoulder area, the neckline is a bit too low. The skirt is too conservative, makes it look matronly, the shoes are boring and a tad heavy. Glad she let her hair down, her pretty soft curls inject some refreshing flirty vibe into the look.
I like the dress, the shoes not so much
I would’ve liked this more if the black started right from her waist and if her shoes weren’t platforms
I don’t like the dress at all. The shoes are blah. Unfortunately this is not a good look for Amy.
