Carly Rae Jepsen donned a second look while performing at the 2012 Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Saturday.
The young singer wore an Ani Lee ‘Helena’ dress on this occasion which she styled with a red, white and blue scarf tied around her luscious locks.
A pink Elephant Heart ‘Big Kiss’ ring, the same white platform sneakers from her first look, an embellished brooch and dark nail polish completed her performance look.

tragic.
Make it go away!
Why do they style her like she’s a pre-teen girl when she’s a grown woman? Horrible.
I guess you can say the same thing on most teen celebs. On why the Chloe Moretzs of the world dresses way too grown for their age.
Kinda creepy.
She’s not that young.. she’s almost 30!!
Awful.
If childish, quirky f*ckery is her niche, I say go for it. She needs to remember that she is 27 though. I’m just saying…
+1 lol
I understand that as sugar pop singer she sometimes has to wear some questionable outfits considering her young audience. But it seems that hanging with the likes of Justin Bieber,Selena Gomez made her forget her real age.
Seriously she needs to rethink one thing or two
I think the dress is appropriate considering she is wearing it on a tennis court. A short white dress is associated with tennis courts!
I am still in shocked over age. By looking at this pic and her past outfit choices I would never have guessed she is 26 going on 27.
Wow. Not a fan of this look either. You can be a pop star and still look your age.
BAD.
Know your age woman! Also why does she always dressed as if she’s going to play tennis
Hey, I’m 26 going on 27, I’m young and I like the dress, the chucks and the scarf/headband. But if I ever put on this whole outfit, even I won’t be able to take myself seriously.
This is a ridiculous and clearly manufactured attempt to appeal to a much younger crowd. And it looks just that – ridiculous and fake.
Oh sigh….
Embarrassing. She went from 27 going on on 15 to 27 going on 5.
