Diane Kruger attended a screening of ‘Farewell, My Queen’ held at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City yesterday evening with boyfriend Joshua Jackson.
The German actress opted for a shimmering Azzedine Alaia silver long dress with a scooped neckline which showed off her super toned figure.
I’m glad she opted for a bright lip colour to grab my attention, because I’m honestly un-moved by this look.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a beautiful dress, but I don’t find myself getting excited about this like I have with her previous looks this year.
A statement ring, wavy locks and an ivory flat clutch provided the finishing touches.

Hmm, I am finding it hard to point at what’s wrong… Maybe the hair and the neckline.. I like the dress, but it’s washing her out.. The color isn’t right against her..

Yep, the colour is the major problem IMO too. If the dress has been orange or coral it would have been SO perfect.
Yes, the lip colour saves it. This dress is too close to the body for her. I prefer her in dresses a little less body con.

The makeup is absolute perfection, but I agree that the overall look is a tad disappointing from someone as divine as Diane.

The biggest problem I have with Diane’s look is her bra, though. Or whatever part of the dress is suffocating her twins.

I think there is confusion in this presentation. Her hair and makeup are casual, and the shape of the dress would work with casual, but the fabric is too dressy for the look. For me, that’s the disconnect here. But I think she can definitely pull off a dress this revealing–her body is hot.

I love this. Diane can do everything, minimalism as well, therefore I think this looks is simply chic and beautiful.
