Selena Gomez joined Katy Perry on the pink carpet for the premiere of her docu-movie ‘Katy Perry: Part of Me 3D’ at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre yesterday evening in Hollywood, California.
The young star’s hair is becoming lighter and longer whilst her hemlines are becoming shorter with each red-carpet appearance.
On this occasion she selected an Emilio Pucci Spring 2012 dress.
Her flirty hot-pink beaded and paillette-covered frock with feathered accents was styled with metallic Jimmy Choo ‘Dart’ sandals.
Lana Jewelry, wavy ombre curls and a neon-pink lip shade to match her dress completed her look.
I love the dress, but I’m not a fan of the hair. This ombre thing has been done to death now. The look feels a bit dated.

I really dislike this look, especially her hair. The darker shade looked a hundred times better. On these photos, she just looks… average. I son’t see any sign of a personality.
I usually like Selena’s looks but am not liking this! The dress feels all over the place with the paillettes and the feathers etc. I am only 2 years older than Selena (she is about to turn 20) and to me this is more of a 16-17 year old outfit. She is so beautiful, I don’t think she needs all of that makeup.

I like the dress, the accesories and the shoes, but the make-up and hair are just too much… too much make-up and she looks way more mature and pretty with shorter and darker hair. I don’t like the ombre trend that’s currently happening: EVERYBODY has ombre hair these days

The dress is cute–and I love the lipstick. Not a fan of these shoes with the dress–too heavy. And her hair is overwhelming everything. But she is such a pretty young woman–her sparkle shows through.
Dangerously short, hot pink, lace, paillettes and feathers, tacky hair – she is starting to look more and more like an underage stripper. Sleazy.
