Eva Green posed on the red carpet outside of the Empire Leicester Square in London this evening for the European premiere of her latest movie, ‘Dark Shadows’.
The French actress wore another Tom Ford Fall 2011 gown.
On this occasion the dark blue velvet gown with slashed neckline and bold shoulders was teamed with gold cuffs and a Solange Azagury-Partridge ‘Cage Ring’ emerald ring.
The colour is gorgeous against her milky complexion, but I still want more from her. She can do so much better, even thought this look is pretty epic.
Side swept wavy raven tresses, kohl-rimmed eyes and a bright red lip colour completed her look.

This gown is much better than her other Tom Ford gown but still she doesn’t wow me. I don’t like her facial expression.
I love this look, FC.
Well, when you know you have a beautiful and attractive girl, you can’t help but wanting more from her.
true dat x
Truly epic!! Oh how I’ve missed Eva Green on the RC!!
This promo tour has started so very well!! Who would’ve imagined Eva and Chloe would make such an interesting fashion couple (I just can’t count on Michelle, too dull for the moment; and Bella has started off well too, we’ll have to follow her)!!
Well, I’m scared. Considering the film, that’s appropriate.
I love how she totally owns this look.
didnt julianne moore or someone else wear this gown already? it looks familiar just cant place it
It looks like her roots need a touch up but other than that I like it.
+1. The dress is stunning.
+1 on the hair. The only other thing is that it feels too a/w… I guess the look goes with the theme of the film but I cant help feel the excessive warmth just looking at her. It is a great dress though.
Whilst I love Eva and the color on her, she needs to delete Tom Ford’s number from her cell phone, as the Fashion Friendship isn’t doing much for her.
Maybe her ties with Dior were due to John Galliano and now that he isn’t a Dior anymore, maybe she’s lost that connection. Who knows.
One of my favorite colors, but I always think of silver or white gold and diamonds when I see blue velvet. This just lacks some sparkle. Her hair could use a little work too.
I love the blue velvet too but as you said, the whole look lacks sparkle. And the hair…yes, the hair. I can see Cate Blanchett wearing this dress and looking so amazing in it, but it comes off as a bit unfinished/sloppy on Eva.
Love the accessory!
Kind of boring. I want to see her in something major like McQueen. She can pull off some seriously edgy gowns, so I wish she would.
She’s been missing a wow factor.
OmG I love it. It’s so dramatic and dark enough for her and the movie. She looks great.
Wished she had worn her hair up! Colour is nice, but I expected more from her, tbh.
I hate when beautiful women and fantastic dresses are ruined due to horrid styling. This dress is unbelievably gorgeous and the color works wonders against her skin tone and with the golden jewelry. Too bad though someone tried to make her look like the bride of frankenstein meets wonder woman with that awful hair and that unnecessary extra cuff.
Eva Green is a very beautiful woman. The dress and accessories are also great. It’s the hair that is bringing down the look from being “WoW!”
Eva looks beautiful – love the dress, the color-fabric, & the gold cuffs. She does look angry, though, and Johnny also looked angry in the Sun’s picture of him at this event.
boring…she should try something else.
i am also missing something from her! and i would have loved her to embrace the spirit of spring and not wera blue velvet!
I love the dress, especially the colour. As for Eva Green, I’ve always found her very overrated. She always seems to have that sour, arrogant look on her face, too.
I love it. Eva is such a beautiful woman.
Its a dark comedy so that is flashy enough.
And she looks like she is going to kick some but.
Better, but not her best.
I agree. I love the attitude and styling, but she can do so much better.
such a boring look, i miss the days when she was looking flawless in dior couture.
stunning. so glamourous with so little! great styling.
I hate her hair. It could have been so much better with a different hairdo.
