As part of the ‘Shoe for Star’ project, Sonam Kapoor stopped by the Ferragamo Museum and Palazza Spini Feroni in Florence yesterday.
The Indian actress looked divine in a purple silk pantsuit from the designer’s Spring 2012 collection.
She paired the suit with a hot pink shell, as seen on the runway.
During her trip to the museum, Sonam had her feet measured for custom-made shoes.
What a dream, just like this picture which looks like an beautiful editorial.
Sonam will be seated in the front row at Salvatore Ferragamo’s Fall 2012 presentation on Sunday February 26th which starts at 6pm (CET).

It does look like an editorial shot! She is beautiful–love the jacket and the shell, but not the pants. They are too baggy and I’m not a fan of satin pants.

She’s stunning. It’s a pity she can’t act to save her life (and that’s putting it mildly) but she’s definitely raised the bar for Indian women who think they know all about fashion. Maybe she should just shift to LA and become a socialite. I mean, I think she’s lovely and she’s a really nice person too, she is, but she really can’t act. It’s painful to watch her act.
On another note Catherine, check out this woman called Natasha Poonawala. She’s an indian socialite but she has a few amazeballs moments too. Minus her hair. Yeesh.

She has great taste & an eye for fashion. Also her elegance is natural, hence her success. I just don´t get why people think they know better than she what she should do or be. One can be fashion fan AND actress at the same time, & that she surely is.
She is not THAT bad as an actress, & she is still learning just like they all do. *the day one stop growing as an actor, that day one should quit*
Until then, we are happy she entertains us with great fashion, & hopefully a few more hit movies.
That was my personal opinion. For me, personally, it’s painful for her to watch. And the reason I said she should move out of the country and into LA was because she could put India on the fashion map by making her presence felt a little more by people abroad.
And sitting through Aisha, Dilli 6 and Sawaria was painful just because she ruined it. For me. Maybe not for you, but for me. And in MY opinion she should re consider acting.
Doesn’t mean I think she’s a bad person, or not gifted… in other fields… Just as a person who has his own opinion, I don’t think she’s very good at acting.
And let’s not forget her stylists! It’s not all just her you know. But yes, she does carry everything off well because she’s beautiful, regal and elegant.
