Anya Taylor-Joy’s LBD Has More Going On Than You Think
Anya Taylor-Joy was spotted out in Paris during Fashion Week wearing a Jil Sander dress designed by Simone Bellotti.

If you’re anything like me, two things immediately come to mind. First, this is one of the simplest and most understated designs we have ever seen on Anya Taylor-Joy. Second, you might be surprised that she isn’t already wearing a Dior Spring 2027 look, but as an ambassador for the house, she has the luxury of dipping into that collection whenever she pleases.
Yes, I am not the biggest LBD fan, but I was intrigued by this Jil Sander look on Anya. It was the second glance that brought the voluminous back panel to my attention, and I’m all about those details.
That feature instantly changed my feelings about the dress. The more fitted silhouette through the front and sides only amplifies the volume at the back, turning what initially appears to be a very simple black dress into something far more interesting.
Giuseppe Zanotti Guepiere mules completed her look.
