Felicity Jones Wore Prada To The 2026 Oscars
Felicity Jones kicks off our coverage of the 2026 Oscars, which seems to start earlier each year, but I am not complaining, because I have been waiting for this night all year.

The British actress stepped out in a pale-yellow Prada gown that instantly gives off a 1960s feel, echoed through the high bateau neckline and narrow column silhouette. It recalls the pared-back silhouettes worn by actresses in the early part of the decade. At the same time, the tulle overlay with scattered crystals and the soft train introduces a 1950s-inspired couture sensibility.
That light, diaphanous layer over a structured base was something often seen in classic Paris couture gowns from the late ’50s, where the outer layer added movement and delicacy without interrupting the silhouette.
At its core, however, this is Prada minimalism at its finest. No dents, no creases. Felicity clearly has this fashion house delivering its best work for her. I am in awe, and I love how her skin has a golden glow, as this shade of yellow can be tricky on pale skin tones.

Fred Leighton jewels from the 1920s were the perfect finishing touch for a gown that leans into retro inspiration.
Stylist: Nicky Yates.
