Tessa Thompson attended the New York Theatre Workshop Benefit Gala in New York City this week, continuing her return to the spotlight while promoting her new film, The Fear of 13.

It appears the actress is currently on a fresh off the Fall 2026 runway streak, as she stepped out in the Kallmeyer’s Astrid cropped blazer, Omella blouse and Nadja trousers from the brand’s recent presentation.

This is contemporary tailoring at its most considered. The cropped blazer frames the look with precision, while the fluid ivory blouse drapes across the waist in a way that softens the structure of the suit creating a striking balance of sharp lines and fluidity.

The sleek styling keeps everything focused. Black pointed pumps extend the clean line of the trousers, while the minimal accessories allow the tailoring to remain the focal point. That said, the red cuff bracelet delivers a sharp jolt of colour, cutting through the monochrome palette and adding just the right amount of attitude.
