Sarah Pidgeon Wore Chanel On Jimmy Kimmel Live
Sarah Pidgeon appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week to promote her new series Love Story, where she plays Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy. During the interview, she discussed the role and the preparation that went into portraying the 1990s fashion figure.

The Chanel ambassador wore a black, blue and maroon tweed skirt suit from the Spring 2026 collection, and judging from those pronounced shoulders, the look clearly nods to the decade that defined Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s era. The sharp tailoring and structured silhouette immediately give the suit a strong presence, while the double-breasted jacket and gold buttons keep the look rooted in classic Chanel codes.

What I appreciate most here is how the proportions work. The cropped jacket paired with the high-waisted skirt keeps the silhouette clean, while the simple ivory top underneath keeps the styling unfussy.

The look was styled with a Chanel Souplissimo bag and a Chanel Fine Jewelry Coco Crush ring, but the real talking point here is the footwear. Much like Sandra Hüller recently proved, these mint green pumps might divide opinion, but I do not hate them. The unexpected colour lifts the darker tweed and stops the look from feeling overly traditional.
And if I am being honest, I definitely prefer them over the runway shoes. They inject personality into the outfit and make the whole look feel more modern for a late-night TV appearance.
Stylist: Emma Jade Morrison.
