Jessie Buckley Wore Diotima To ‘The Bride! London Photocall
Jessie Buckley stepped outside her multi-award-winning Hamnet bubble to kick-start the press tour for her upcoming film, The Bride!, at the London photocall held at the Corinthia Hotel this afternoon.
If you’re anything like me, you took one look at the Irish actress in this fresh-off-the-runway Diotima Fall 2026 look and screamed, “Yes.”
From the labels signature thick bands framing the top to the feather-like detailing accenting the painterly, almost surrealist print skirt that melts into a soft fishtail hem, the style personality that has been MIA since the Hamnet London Film Festival is finally making a confident return, and I am thrilled, as this feels like an intelligent pivot.
It hits that sweet spot, sitting perfectly between her natural eccentricity and the more restrained awards-season version of Jessie we’ve been seeing. There’s drama and texture in abundance, but none of it overwhelms her.
This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for. It’s moody. It’s romantic. It’s a little eccentric.
In other words, it’s very Jessie.
After a “safe” awards season, this feels like a recalibration, not a rejection of elegance, but a reminder that elegance doesn’t have to mean predictability.
