Jenny Slate Wore Meryll Rogge On Late Night with Seth Meyers
Jenny Slate made a guest appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers last night, where she spoke about making her Broadway debut in All Out and starring alongside Jake Shane, Nicholas Braun and Ray Romano, before recreating her favourite Peter Pan production mishap.

I know what you’re thinking, “this Meryll Rogge Spring 2026 dress looks like it wandered out of an art-school fever dream at 2 a.m.”
And I agree, in the best possible way. This is exactly the kind of off-kilter glamour that suits her. Jenny’s style has always had personality, but she briefly drifted into the muted territory everyone else occupies. This feels like a confident return to her quirks.
There are so many layers here. Is it sweet or slightly subversive? Let’s say it is all of the above.

The red lace delivers drama. The mint layer and bow adds innocence. The black floral outer layer, with its almost kimono-like drape, introduces a note of bohemia. It shouldn’t all work together, yet somehow it does.
The silhouette is short, scalloped at the hem, and flirtatious without becoming saccharine. Paired with sheer black tights and glossy Mary Jane-style heels, the look leans into that slightly awkward, hyper-feminine tension that Rogge executes so well; part ingénue, part art critic, part downtown romantic.

And on Jenny, it works. It really works. This is girlishness with grit, romance with a sly edge. In a sea of ultra-understated dressing, this feels like a welcome jolt of personality.
