Camila Cabello Wore Christian Lacroix To The 2025 Día de Muertos Gala
Camila Cabello attended the 2025 Día de Muertos Gala — a cultural celebration honouring the journeys of the LGBTQ+ Latine community, with a special tribute to trans sisters — and she absolutely rose to the occasion.

High glamour was clearly part of the dress code, and in that respect, Camila more than delivered wearing a Christian Lacroix Spring/Summer 2007 gown. This sculptural silk masterpiece, with its ruffled drama and baroque energy, is everything I adore about Lacroix’s vision — unapologetically theatrical yet meticulously composed.
Considering her Vivienne Westwood look at Vogue World: Hollywood, this was a total 180 — from tragic to magic.

Now, I can already sense some of you clutching your pearls (literally) over the Christian Dior multi-strand Edwardian-inspired choker from the In a Boudoir Mood Spring-Summer 1998 collection. Yes, it’s extra. But for this event? It works.
With many guests donning Halloween masks and Día de Muertos face art, Camila’s look actually came across as one of the more restrained — albeit in the most luxurious sense.
If this had been a film premiere, I’d call the necklace over-the-top. But in this context, it’s dramatic, opulent, and perfectly in tune with the night’s spirit. Dress-wise, this is easily her best outing in a long while.
