Colman Domingo Wore Jacquemus & Valentino To The ‘Dead Man’s Wire’ Venice Film Festival Photocall and Premiere
After co-star Myha’la Herrold showed her loyalty to Miu Miu, Colman Domingo decided to keep things fresh at the Venice Film Festival while promoting Dead Man’s Wire. A Valentino ambassador through and through, he didn’t shy away from switching labels for one of the events.

Photocall: Crisp Summer Ease
Colman brightened up the photocall with his Jacquemus Spring 2026 all-white fit which was a masterclass in balance: sharp sweatshirt lines, layered shirt, and cropped trousers that stopped just short—but the socks effortlessly bridged the gap. The woven slip-ons and gold chain sealed the deal, making the whole look feel breezy, confident, and exactly the kind of Venice moment you simply don’t forget.

Premiere: Regal Red Carpet Royalty
Serving up a lesson in statement dressing, Colman delivered it in Valentino. Created for him by Alessandro Michele, the mandarin pankou jacket came alive with gold leaves and dramatic fringe draped over the shoulders. Grand in every sense, yet never heavy-handed, if we hadn’t already crowned Colman as one of Hollywood’s best-dressed men, this moment would have cemented it. Menswear rarely feeds us this consistently. FOPE jewelry completed his look.
Stylist: Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald.
