Tilda Swinton Wore Chanel To ‘La Grazia’ Venice Film Festival Premiere
The start of this evening might have been a little shaky, but closing it with Tilda Swinton at the La Grazia premiere felt like everything falling into place at the 2025 Venice International Film Festival.

The Chanel ambassador floated onto the red carpet in a custom look that was all about refinement: a white silk crepe blouse with romantic ruffled cuffs tied with a bow, paired with a sweeping black silk mikado skirt.

We all love Tilda when she leans futuristic or androgynous—those moments are always highly anticipated—but there’s something so magnetic about when she strips it all back and channels serene, old-world elegance. Tonight, her look felt timeless rather than predictable.
I know we’ve had our collective moan about her endless run of Chanel Haute Couture tweed coats (that era really tested us), so this fresh silhouette feels like a gift from the fashion gods. It proves yet again that minimalism, when cut and styled to perfection, can make the loudest impact.

This is one for my BDOTY list, no question. Chanel High Jewelry, including the Diamond Sillage ring and Tweed Brodé ring, gave the finishing touch to what I’d call a quietly commanding red carpet triumph.

And can we have a moment for the hair?
