Christina Aguilera Wore Robert Wun Couture For The ‘Gram

Christina Aguilera is keeping the Burlesque spirit alive far beyond the Savoy Theatre stage. Fresh off bringing Burlesque The Musical to London’s West End (running until 6 September 2025), she took to Instagram with a cryptic caption, “3+5=,” prompting fans to do the math. The overwhelming answer? “Ate.”

In the first set of images, she’s every inch the headliner in a sculptural Robert Wun Fall 2025 Couture mini dress, styled with sheer mesh opera gloves, tights, Jimmy Choo Stevie pumps with a crystal anklet. It’s a look that says she could step right back on stage at any moment.

But the scroll held a plot twist. That dramatic gown she’s holding? Not a gown at all, but a handbag disguised as couture. The black leather bust forms the bag’s handle, while a sweeping white “skirt” with black paint-like handprint embellishments trails behind like a red carpet train.

It’s equal parts theatrical and ingenious—two looks in one, turning accessories into performance art. And yes, I’m hope this look has a rerun and makes a full red carpet appearance, handbag and all.
