Zawe Ashton Wore Emilia Wickstead To The ‘Life Of Chuck’ SXSW London Premiere

Zawe Ashton was radiant as she supported her partner Tom Hiddleston at the world premiere of his upcoming film Life Of Chuck during SXSW London 2025, held at the Barbican Centre.

The evening was already special, but British actress subtly elevated the moment with a quiet confirmation that she’s expecting her second child. Though no official announcement was made, the coordinated soft blue tones worn by both Zawe and Tom felt like a tender sartorial nod—perhaps hinting at a baby boy on the way.

Tom stuck to his tailoring roots in a light blue Ralph Lauren Prince of Wales check suit. It was all going so well until the black knit tie. With Tom being a tie-wearing traditionalist, I wish the colour had been a tad lighter.

Zawe stayed true to her preferred maternity silhouette and go-to designer, opting for a baby blue sleeveless gown by Emilia Wickstead. The cascading frill details and accompanying cape gave the look a sense of ease and fluidity, bringing a soft, romantic touch to her appearance.

She accessorised with jewellery by Boodles and completed the look with Jimmy Choo shoes. It was elegant, effortless, and a lovely continuation of her chic maternity style.
