Amanda Seyfried attended the New York screening of I Don’t Understand You this week wearing a look that was refreshingly low-key—for Rabanne, that is.
When you think of Rabanne, you think metal disc, sequin, chainmail, space-age and paillette-covered dresses, but Amanda’s Resort 2025 black dress offered a softer take, dialling down the drama while still giving a nod to the label’s signature DNA through subtle fringe detailing.
It felt like a deliberate choice considering this was a low-key screening—quietly stylish with just enough movement to keep things interesting. The fringes gave the dress personality without overpowering it, aligning nicely with Amanda’s usually unfussy red carpet approach.
She accessorised with David Yurman jewels and Jimmy Choo Romy pumps.
