Dakota Johnson Wore Ferragamo On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Dakota Johnson paid a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday to promote Materialists and chat about her friendship with Pedro Pascal, but it was her Ferragamo look that stole my attention.
Now, if someone had told me she wore a black bouclé blazer and skirt from the Spring 2025 collection, I probably would’ve imagined something far more prim—more boardroom or ladies-who-lunch. But this wasn’t that. Ferragamo, under Maximilian Davis, continues to reframe expectations, and Dakota’s sculptural neckline and hemline prove that bouclé can, in fact, be contemporary, sharp, and subtly seductive.
The architecture of the look did all the talking, but Dakota finished things off with black tights, Roberto Coin jewels and patent leather Ferragamo pumps that completed the whole ensemble in a chic simplicity.
This was anything but traditional.
