Mikey Madison Wore Elie Saab Haute Couture To The Opening Of Tiffany & Co. Via Monte Napoleone
If you thought Mikey Madison might have stepped off the high-glam express post-awards season, think again. Tiffany & Co. hosted a sparkling celebration in Milan to toast the opening of their new store on Via Monte Napoleone—an Italian echo of their iconic Fifth Avenue Landmark—and Mikey showed up looking like she was the diamond on display.

Wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2025 Haute Couture gown, Mikey delivered a look that balanced texture and ethereality with that signature Elie Saab sparkle. The silver-trimmed corseted bodice, diaphanous skirt, and matching shawl gave us drama, elegance and just the right amount of fantasy. This wasn’t a soft re-entry; this was Mikey keeping that awards season magic alive.

And since it was a Tiffany & Co. event, the jewels absolutely had their say. She wore a Jean Schlumberger by Tiffany & Co. Bird on a Rock necklace that featured a whopping 32-carat aquamarine, set in platinum and 18k yellow gold with diamonds and pink sapphires. Add in the diamond earrings and two rings—one sparkling with pink tourmaline—and you’ve got a look that reads red carpet-worthy, even in a cocktail setting.

Between the haute couture and the high jewellery, Mikey’s look was anything but dialled in. I’m happy to live in her post-awards season era for as long as she lets us. I don’t believe it is recency bias to say that this is one of her best looks of the year, along with her golden goddess moment in Bottega Veneta at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
