Sheila Atim may not have been in the running for an award this year, but attended The Olivier Awards 2025 at the Royal Albert Hall like a true winner. Having previously taken home the Best Actress gong in 2022 for her role in Constellations, Sheila returned in a supporting capacity—but her fashion was front and centre.

Dressed in a 16Arlington gown that exudes quiet elegance, Sheila reminded us that true style doesn’t always need bells and whistles. The design featured subtle gathering at the hips, crafting an unexpected but striking silhouette that gave the look a modern edge while honouring her affinity for timeless shapes.

It might come as a surprise for those used to 16Arlington’s usual love for feathers, sparkle, and dramatic flair, but this isn’t their first minimalist rodeo. Venus Williams wore a white version of the same dress to the Serpentine Summer Party last year, and just like then, it’s all about sophisticated impact.
