Carey Mulligan Wore Armani Privé To The 2024 Critics’ Choice Awards

Carey Mulligan maintained her penchant for black gowns at the 2024 Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday, and the trend continued to pay dividends.

There has been a trend of Margot Robbie and Carey Mulligan wearing the same label due to sharing the same stylist, but in this instance, Carey went with a custom creation from Armani Privé.

I love how the plunging neckline is detailed with sharp lapels accented with black crystals adding a touch of sophistication and glamour.

I don’t think I have ever been this enamoured by someone constantly wearing black gowns during awards season.

Tiffany & Co. Archives earrings and a ring in platinum with diamonds completed her look along with Manolo Blahnik shoes.

Update: Carey’s gown appears to be a modified version of an Armani Privé Fall 2012 gown. The subtle updates, made a huge difference.
