Maya Jama Wore Jean Paul Gaultier To The Jimmy Choo x Jean Paul Gaultier Dinner
A beautiful celebration of Jimmy Choo and Jean Paul Gaultier’s archival legacy has been formed to create the hotly anticipated Jimmy Choo x Jean Paul Gaultier collaboration.
The collection presents distinctive boots and pumps that are showcasing each label’s unique creative identity.
To celebrate the union, Jimmy Choo hosted a dinner at The Twenty Two on Tuesday (October 17) in London, attended by Maya Jama.
The TV presenter wore a Jean Paul Gaultier look featuring an emblematic striped design which could be vintage, just as much as it could be from a present collection, that’s how timeless Jean Paul Gaultier pieces are.
The look was styled with a pair of Jimmy Choo x Jean Paul Gaultier wedges, which don’t have the tattoo design, but they do feature two iconic symbols of Big Ben and the Eiffel tower.
Jimmy Choo’s Creative Director Sandra Choi rocked the Jimmy Choo x Jean Paul Gaultier over-the-knee boots which are sculpted from smooth leather and injected with the Jean Paul Gaultier iconic tattoo print.
You can see the full collection on JimmyChoo.com and Harrods.com, which also features a denim over-the-knee boot, corset sling back pumps, embellished mesh pumps, the label’s iconic Bling pumps gets a punk update, and the boots and pumps in the colour Clove, which considers darker skin tones.
