Loro Piana Celebrates the Autumn Winter 2023 Cocooning Collection

For Autumn Winter 2023, the Loro Piana Cocooning Collection returns for the first time with a men’s collection.

To celebrate the launch, Loro Piana hosted an exclusive event in a private Villa on Carbon Beach in Malibu on Tuesday (October 10), where guests enjoyed the Sound Bath – a meditative experience listening to resonant sounds to evoke the Cocooning feeling of beachside calm and wellness, followed by a cocktail with a fire-side live performance by Aidan Bissett, and a seated dinner by Chef Yann Nury.

If you’re looking for colour and prints, this isn’t the event for you, as the guests were all dressed in shades of the colour of the moment: brown.

Loro Piana is the label known for sparking the quiet luxury trend, especially on the back of the prominent display of its wares in ‘Succession,’ and Sofia Richie Grainge is the poster child of quiet luxury; so this was a union which was a long-time in the making.

When it comes to this look, I’m most enthused about leather goods.

If you’re looking for someone to sell the ethos and sophistication of Loro Piana. Jasmine Tookes is your go-to woman.

The model’s style has been evolving and moving to a less is more, quiet route, and I expect that to continue in the future.

Even when wearing the Italian label, Dree Hemingway’s style always comes through as classic American.

I would’ve loved to have seen Madelaine Petsch in some of the richer brown hues with her copper hair.

Not everyone can pull off a bucket hat, as demonstrated by Patrick Schwarzenegger.

Rainey Qualley selected the perfect set of Loro Piana shades of brown for her colouring.

I don’t know what I’m more enamoured by.  The photography, or Gavin Casalegno in this cosy Loro Piana Fall 2023 look.

The Cocooning Collection is available from October 12th in selected Loro Piana boutiques and on the website loropiana.com.
