Dundas @ 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Ciara and Alessandra Ambrosio both wore Dundas for the 2023 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday (March 12).

I know many of you aren’t fans of Peter Dundas’ designs, but I do like her pieces from time-to-time.

In this case I didn’t warm to either look.

More power to both women, but I struggled to find the beauty in a fishnet dress styled with nipple pasties and a thong.

Some might find that view ironic as I was championing Hunter Schafer’s look earlier, but for me there was at least artistic element in Hunter’s design, whereas I don’t see it here.

Alessandra Ambrosio’s Dundas Fall 2023 silver long sleeve crystal crosshatch gown with baroque-inspired embroidery feels very much in tune with her style and what we expect from her, yet I was underwhelmed.

The flattening of the chest looks painful if anything.
