Danai Gurira supported Ruth Negga’s ‘MacBeth’ Broadway opening night held at Longacre Theatre on Thursday (April 28) in New York City

The actress wore a traffic-stopping yellow and black Proenza Schouler zebra print trench coat from the Spring 2022 collection.

With a statement piece like this, not much else is needed.

This might be too bright for some, yet this follows Danai usual style which is always likely to incorporate bold colours and prints.

Did she need to go a step further?  Opt for yellow pumps?

In this case definitely not.  The coat was the hero piece.
