Menswear Weekend Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the men who graced the red carpet this weekend.

Starting with Jake Gyllenhaal who joined co-star Eiza González for the ‘Ambulance’ Paris premiere.

The actor, who has been experimenting with colours since Venice Film Festival, wore Valentino Pre-Fall 2022 jacket teal and an AMI mint green shirt.

Usually, I would be wishing for a full teal suit, especially as we are edging into the first official days of Spring, but I love the contrasts with the AMI black trousers here.

I wish he unbuttoned his shirt further, so we could see his crystal embellished AMI tank top.

Chocolate brown is trending in menswear, and it’s not exclusive to Will Smith and Dolce & Gabbana.

Andrew Garfield got in on the action for the 2022 Producers Guild Awards wearing a Brioni luxe brown velvet double-breasted evening jacket with coordinating mocha silk shirt and velvet trousers.

He styled his look with an Omega timepiece and David Yurman jewels.

Will Smith’s love affair with double breasted waistcoats continues with his latest custom look from Dolce & Gabbana.

I can’t say I’m a fan of the thick black trim on his jacket on this occasion.

Chris Pine is looking better than his last outing – despite still looking like Robinson Crusoe.  I never thought I would see an open weave tank top on the red carpet, but he’s rocking it.

David Yurman jewels completed his look.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II joined Jake at the Ambulance’ Paris premiere wearing a Fendi Fall 2021 black satin look.

I love the idea of it all, but I’m not a big fan of the coat, or perhaps, it’s the buttoning up of the coat that I’m objecting too.

I feel like he’s still promoting ‘The Matrix Resurrections.’ 

I would’ve loved to have seen something different for this promo tour, but it looks like more of the same.
