Kristen Stewart Wore Chanel To The 2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Kristen Stewart attended the 2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards held at Santa Monica Pier on Sunday (March 6) in Santa Monica, California, where she served as an honorary chair.

When I dropped her Santa Barbara Film Festival look on Saturday, I wasn’t expecting any of you to like it as much as I did…or even warm to it, so I was pleasantly surprised when I read the comments.

On this occasion she wore another Chanel look which hails from the Métiers d’art 2022 collection.

While this white glitter top and trousers feels more in tune with Kristen’s style, I wasn’t enamoured by it. At all. 

My issue is the thick black panels that run down the inside of the look (especially the trousers), I know I would’ve been more on board with this without them.  They make the look feel so laboured.

Not even a strappy sandal would’ve improved the fortunes of this look for me.

With the Oscars in just 20 days’ time, I’m trying not to panic. I really want that night to be a triumphant one for Kristen and Chanel.
