Kristen Stewart Wore August Getty Atelier To The 2021 Gotham Awards

Kristen Stewart attended the 2021 Gotham Awards held at Cipriani Wall Street on Monday (November 29) in New York City, where she was representing her new film ‘Spencer.’

While I am prone to make the odd mistake from time to time, the title of this post is correct.

The actress didn’t wear Chanel last night.

I’m sure you’re all as shocked as I am.

Kristen’s contract with Chanel is pretty watertight when it comes to the red carpet, whereas TV show and press junkets seems to be less strict.

On this very rare occasion she wore an August Getty Atelier fuchsia velvet column dress, which if you were to say was one of her best ever red carpet looks, I wouldn’t argue with you.

I love the simplicity of the design, the gorgeous colour, the matching Tamara Mellon ‘Flatline’ sandals, and that she kept a recognisable element with her dramatic eye makeup.

Where do you stand?

Her best ever look?  On par with what she usually presents?  Or are you still wanting more from Kristen?

This was a breath of fresh air for me.

I’ve been a strong “Stewart in Suits” believer, but this lets me know that given the range, she can do more than look great in just tailored suits.
