‘The Harder They Fall’ London Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

Regé-Jean Page in Armani - 'The Harder They Fall' London Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

The menswear on the red carpet for the London Film Festival premiere for ‘The Harder They Fall’ on Wednesday (October 6) was equally impressive as the Regina King and Zaria.

A moment with Regé-Jean Page on the red carpet is always one to saviour.

The man has great style and charisma, both of which are apparent in this Giorgio Armani black velvet suit.

I’m most enamoured by the grey embroidered detailing and the sleekness of the mandarin collar.

I think my menswear top 10 of the year is going to be trickier to compile than the womens.

Idris Elba in Ozwald Boateng - 'The Harder They Fall' London Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

Regé-Jean would’ve instantly recognised who designed Idris Elba’s suit, because the ‘Bridgerton’ star wore this Ozwald Boateng suit with the designer’s signature Tribal crepe fabric in green for the GQ Awards last month.

As much as I would love to see Idris branch out colour-wise, this steel blue blazer and black trouser combo stayed true to his classic red carpet style.

Jay-Z in Tom Ford - 'The Harder They Fall' London Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

Jay-Z kept things classic in his go-to Tom Ford tuxedo.  I loved how the cuffs matched the satin shawl collar.

You can tell this was a custom fit.

Kid Cudi in Givenchy - 'The Harder They Fall' London Film Festival Premiere Menswear Roundup

Despite singer Kid Cudi’s red hair, I wasn’t distracted enough to take in the beautiful tailoring of this Givenchy Fall 2021 outfit

Matthew M. Williams has a thing paying close attention to the smallest details.
