Dior Haute Couture @ The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala
Tessa Thompson, and Sophie Hunter both wore Dior Haute Couture gowns to The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures Opening Gala on Saturday (September 25) in Los Angeles, California.
While I wasn’t as excited as some of you when it came to Tessa Thompson’s Met Gala look, I adore this Dior Haute Couture Fall 2021 gown.
So very elegant yet staying true to her unique style thanks to the cascade of tweed feathers in shades of greige.
It’s a woolly mammoth of a dress, but one she pulled off with great style.
A black Dior belt and diamonds completed her look.
Sophie Hunter’s Dior Haute Spring 2020 Haute Couture gown was also embroidered with feathers, but they took second billing to beautiful peacock-like embroidery.
On one arm she wore a vintage Verdura aquamarine and diamond ‘Riviera’ bracelet which matched her Verdura Sapphire Briolette earrings.
On the other, a very suave looking Benedict Cumberbatch dressed in Armani.
