Gugu Mbatha-Raw Wore Four New Looks Promoting ‘Loki’

While a lot of attention has been paid to lead actor Tom Hiddleston, we can’t overlook his co-star Gugu Mbatha-Raw who has also been promoting the ‘Loki’ series.

The first look from the British actress was a dress from the Rodarte Spring 2021 collection.

Rodarte brings a modern touch to retro codes with this pleated dress.

I love how the design’s frilled collar, belted waist, and smartly-pleated skirt channel the charm and polish of classic ’40s styles.

No doubt red was a great choice when it came to the footwear, but I keep going back and forth with these particular boots as they look a bit too clunky.

Frilled collars appeared to be M.O. for the start of this promo tour, which worked nicely in balancing the masculine elements of her three-piece Paul & Joe Spring 2021 suit.

Again I’m on the fence with the shoe choice.

While I love the retro style of this pair, I kinda wish they were white.

After two relaxed looks, this Dior Fall 2021 gold cloque jacquard suit was giving me strict military vibes.

I love the jacket, but the style, fit and shape of the shorts are not working for me.

This Valentino Pre-Fall 2021 mini embellished dress was my favourite of the four, even if – once again – I’m not completely sold on the footwear option.
