Tracee Ellis Ross Wore S.R. Studio. LA. CA. Couture On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

On Monday (March 22),  Tracee Ellis Ross made a guest appearance on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,’ where she talked about her new HBO Max project ‘The Runaway Bunny,’ and she also shared that her sitcom ‘Girlfriends’ helped inspire her hair care line, ‘Pattern Beauty’ which was 10 years in the making.

Oversized suiting is no stranger to the ‘Black-ish’ star.

You might remember that her last TV show appearance saw her don a suit with an unconventional silhouette.

This time she wore a look from S.R. Studio. LA. CA.’s Spring 2021 Couture collection.

I know some feel that looks this dynamic are wasted on Zoom calls, but I would assume that suit this bold in colour would’ve had a positive effect on the actress, boosting her confidence and putting her in a great mood for the interview.

Yes, the most intriguing thing about the suit is lost on a Zoom call, but Instagram gives us the full picture.

And it’s a bit of a head scratcher, because the label on her blazer reads, ‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house. Not a creature was stirring,’

This quote from Clement Clarke Moores’ poem is repeated throughout.

I’m sure it bears some meaning, but a Christmas poem on a Spring 2021 outfit has me all kinds of confused.
