Demi Lovato Wore Five Looks Hosting The 2020 People’s Choice Awards

Demi Lovato was the host of the 2020 People’s Choice Awards which was held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California on Sunday (November 15).

The M.O. for the hostess with the mostest was shimmer and shine, as every look twinkled under the studio lights.

But was this a case of everything that sparkles is golden?

Sadly not.  This was a succession of unflattering looks in my opinion.

Let’s take the first look for example from Naeem Khan’s Pre-Fall 2020 collection.

The colour is sensational and it is perfect for autumn, but where is her neck, and what is going on with the drop crotch trousers?

The second is quite easily my least favourite as this Elie Saab dress does nothing for her.

When it comes to the Halpern rainbow striped dress from the Fall 2020 collection, I prefer the style of the jumpsuit we saw on the runway. This look was styled with an Eriness ring.

I really don’t mind her Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2017 look, but I would remove the necklace as it’s making the look feel a bit dated.

Her black Greta Constantine sequin dress is honestly the only one I like.  Simple, flattering, sexy and elegant.

Four words that I could not attribute to the other looks.
