Jolin Tsai 蔡依林 Wore Atelier Versace To The 2020 Golden Melody Awards

Taiwanese singer Jolin Tsai, who’s latest album is called ‘Ugly Beauty,’ was giving us the latter at the 2020 Golden Melody Awards held at the Taipei Arena on Saturday (October 3).

Having won two awards last year, on this occasion she attended as one of the guest presenters wearing Atelier Versace.

Regular readers will know that these stormy style ombre hues are one of many things that get the hairs on the back of my neck standing up.

I love how the colours on the skirt evoke looking up at the sky and seeing a passing rain cloud with the light hues signifying after the rainstorm and the sequin bandeau the rays of light as the sun comes back out.

I think this is such a powerful image.  The only thing I would change is the hairstyle, by slicking those grey tresses into a wet look style off her face.

Bvlgari jewels completed her look.

This has the potential to be BDOTY worthy for me.
