Nicole Scherzinger Is WFH In Acler

Nicole Scherzinger Is WFH In Acler

Many (if not all) of us have taken to wearing sweatpants, leggings and anything comfortable while in self-isolation.  So much so that many online retailers have seen in boom in loungewear.

Karl Lagerfeld once famously said that “sweatpants are a sign of defeat. You lost control of your life, so you bought some sweatpants.”

Well, I’m far from defeated.  In fact my aim is to come out on the other side of this stronger, healthier, fitter, wiser and more determined than ever.

But not everyone wants wear loungewear every day.

Mindy Kaling had the right idea when showcasing her pre-Easter look recently, now Nicole Scherzinger is showcasing her “Quarantine look for the day.”

What’s the point in dressing up if you’re only going to be WFT (working from home)?

Well psychotherapists say that putting on clothes can be an important part of mental hygiene.

Plus they say that getting dressed in the morning can play a role in your mood throughout the day and lead to further productivity, optimism, motivation and an overall improved mood.

In this case Nicole is giving us a fresh springtime feel.

It’s also highly refreshing to see a new side to Nicole’s style that doesn’t consist of sheerness and latex.

Today she posted this two-piece look from Acler’s Spring 2020 collection to her 4.4 million Instagram followers.

You may recognise the purple and white check print, as it’s the same as the blazer dress which Tika Sumpter wore back in January.

I love that Nicole managed to find a look married her sultry persona with the mood of the current season.
