NBC’s World of Dance hasn’t been on air for almost a year, but judging by the preview released on Monday, the fourth season has been filmed and audiences can expect an explosive summer as judges Jennifer Lopez, Ne-Yo and Derek Hough are ready to discover some of the world’s most incredible dancers.
Jennifer shared the promo to her 119M Instagram followers.
I’m not sure how this custom Michael Ngo look will go down with you all.
But I’m here for the throwback, girl from the Bronx, military inspired, ’80s redux, ‘On The 6,’ ‘Feelin’ So Good’ vibe of it all, with her trademark half-up, half-down hairstyle and chunky gold jewels.
Or as I love to term it, classic JLo.
Michael Ngo is an emerging Los Angeles based fashion designer whose design focus is to create one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate freedom, sexuality and empowerment.
He also specializes in ready-to-wear that compliment those sentiments. His design aesthetic revolves around street-lux minimalism that are structured in silhouette and ornamented with embellished details.
His work features contrasting elements that create juxtaposition through unconventional fabrication, rough & smooth textures, and street style sophistication, and it looks like all those trademarks were encompassed in this look.
Did you find this look dated, or a perfect throwback?
