Brie Larson Wore Rodarte To The 2020 NAACP Image Awards
Brie Larson was one of the guest presenters at the 2020 NAACP Image Awards, presented by BET, at Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Saturday (February 22) in Pasadena, California.
We all know about Brie’s long-standing relationship with the design duo – Kate and Laura Mulleavy – of Rodarte.
What we didn’t know, is that Brie was bold enough to select this Rodarte silk and tri-toned tulle gown from the Spring 2020 collection, with the embellished gloves.
I admire the bravery, because a look like this was always going to draw criticism.
As a child of the ’80s, I’m kinda charmed by the Cyndi Lauper- Madonna mash up, plus it evokes many memories of prom movies from that era too.
Were the gloves overkill?
