This Herve Leger Pre-Fall 2019 fringe dress was made to sway with every step, Jaime just gave the piece a lot more vibrancy, showcasing that the brand creates more than just the signature bandage dresses they are known for.
Matching the eye makeup to raspberry hue of her dress was a bit OTT for me.
