Heidi Gardner In Badgley Mischka - 2019 Emmy Awards

Heidi Gardner was definitely in my top 10 when it comes to my favourites from the 2019 Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 22).

The ‘Saturday Night Live’ cast member gave us a very ethereal moment wearing a floral gown fresh off the Spring 2020 runway from Badgley Mischka.

I’m not falling too far forward to appreciate how stunning this gown is.

The fresh green hue was magical against her skin tone, however, it’s the accessories which set this apart from the majority of the looks.

Inspired by the Rodarte Spring 2020 collection, the actress accented pearls to her tresses, while carrying a FROW favourite bag: the Cult Gaia ‘Eos’ beaded box bag whose architectural aesthetic matches the carefree spirit of her gown.

It’s a lovely floral print, but neckline is too low and wide for my liking.

The major issue is the styling. I just don’t get the pearls on the hair, it looks childish or just crazy. That bag is just a total disaster! The design of it is ugly enough, let alone the marble-like patterns. It looks like she’s carry a piece or stone, so jarring!

Pretty gown has worn by a wrong lady. I don’t like the way she styled. And the neckline was pretty bad.

I love it but feel that the neckline is a little wide – though she has styled it to perfection.

nope. the bodice is way too open and way too droopy. it looks wrong. What looks even more wrong is the super cutesy styling of this.
The hair accessories and bag look so cheap. Looks completely juvenile.

This gown is super pretty but I wish she just chose a better clutch.

Out of the puffy sleeves trend and flowery prints she is the only one that pulled it off. She looks girly without being childish. I loved the pearls in her hair that linked to her purse strap.

Absolutely one of the best from the carpet. WOW! Something new tbh.

I never expected myself to like something so girly, so flowy and with pink accessories, but I do. Great look.

It’s got a charming garden ball charm but her girls do not look good in this.

Beautiful colour and fabric, and well executed. Too wide on the bust though.

    Lovely look!
The bag is also very cute

The neckline is too wide and her bust is at her waist. Cannot co-sign. The model doesn’t look any better. Love the colors.

Anyone that successfully brings a sense of whimsy to these award show red carpets gets the thumbs up from me. I think she looks great. She accessorized it to perfection!

This looks like something to be worn to a spring event. I don’t hate it but I don’t love it either even though it is reminding me of window sheers.

It’s funny that it’s the first day of autumn but looking at this dress makes me miss spring and summer already! I love the print and purse but not a fan of the plunge in the front.
