Rihanna Didn’t Wear Fenty For Her Savage X Fenty Show

Rihanna hosted her Savage X Fenty show during New York Fashion Week on Tuesday (September 10) in Brooklyn.

The entrepreneur has a lingerie line, makeup line and fashion line.

But here she was only repping two of the three.

I fully expected for her to be wearing a look from her own fashion line – she’s dropped enough pieces – but instead she rocked a look from the Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2019 Couture collection.

Does she look good in this mint-green embellished dress? Yes.

Does it have a direct link to her lingerie show?  Not from what I can see.

So I’m baffled why this wasn’t an opportunity to showcase her fashion. *insert thinking emoji*

Alain Mikli x Alexandre Vauthier shades that matched her dress, along with Manolo Blahnik green ‘Osaka Star’ sandals, a Chopard timepiece, Noudar giant diamond hoop earrings and Loree Rodkin jewels completed her look.
