It can be a tricky time of the year for red carpet dressing with celebrities trying to look appropriate for the cool weather while also wanting to show off new season styles.

Lake Bell tried to balance both at the Disney ABC Television Hosts TCA Winter Press Tour 2019 on Tuesday (February 5) in Pasadena, California.

The actress layered a black roll neck under a striking Cushnie Spring 2019 jumpsuit.

It presents a completely different look with the severe under-layer minimizing the plunging neckline.

The final look isn’t too harsh because the dark background colour energizes the yellow stripes further for plenty of zing.
