Guggenheim International Gala

Guggenheim International Gala

The princess mood continued at the Guggenheim International Gala on Thursday (November 15) in New York City with celebrities joining Gwyneth Paltrow.

Jorja Smith: The singer wore a Dior Haute Couture pink sunray-pleated tulle ball gown with Dior shoes and Dior Fine Jewelry. The nipped waist and low neck balance the floaty skirt and the straps merge at the back in a tied-up design. A sleeker hairstyle, or this one brushed off her shoulders, would have showcased the details better.

Jaime King: Proving that there is more than one version of tie-dye, the actress donned a Dior Spring-Summer 2019 patterned silk dress with Dior black patent leather J’adior slingback shoes, a Dior clutch, Dior Fine Jewelry and occasionally a black wool hooded cape. The frock was a bohemian beauty and it had enough formality for the event.

Karlie Kloss: The model’s dusty pink Dior Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2019 organza ball gown will draw comparisons to Jorja’s but the vaporous sleeves and millefeuille-pleated skirt present a different mood. She toned down the sultriness with a bandeau top underneath the bodice.
