Faith Hill In Armani Privé – 2017 CMA Awards

Posted by Catherine Kallon

Faith Hill was joined by her husband Tim McGraw for the 2017 CMA Awards at the Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday (November 8) in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Country queen wore a beaded Armani Privé Fall 2017 gown which glistened beautifully under the lights.

Looking at this gown I’m immediately drawn to the construction and the elegance which comes with any Armani piece, but I was left scratching my head at the decision to wear this gown with a gym bun.

One of the biggest nights in country music; you’re wearing a $100k gown and you completed it with a gym bun?

Whatever happened to big country backcombed hairdos’?

The dress is lovely and I do not mind her hair but she is not looking like herself lately.

The hair makes the whole look seem unfinished, such a shame b/c a simple, sleek ponytail would have likely been less effort overall and elevated this to BDOTY-worthy.

The gown is gorgeous! Faith is a beautiful woman. Hate the hair. I understand the need to put the hair up so the structure of the gown could shine, but pinterest is full of gorgeous updo’s and surely her hair stylists could come up with something better than this messy top knot. Add to that the fact that Faith regrettably has big ears and it is just all kinds of wrong.

Not my favourite hairstyle but not a killer for this stunning gown.

From the neck down, this is absolutely stunning. Someone needs to ease off the botox.

Absolutely love the dress, and don’t mind the hair as much as most seem to. But that last thumbnail pic…my gosh. What’s up with her face?

I love this look, extremely elegant. Could the hair be better? Yes. Gorgeous nontheless.

I love this. No one can look bad wearing KING Armani. This is gorgeous and BDOTW contender for me.

LOL “big country backcombed hairdo”. I would totally have been on board with that.

I love the gown and I actually don’t mind the hair. Times change and I guess it’s modern these days to go for effortless looking hairstyles like this even at big awards shows.

I don’t mind the hair. Still think she was one of the best dressed of the event.

I’m glad she didn’t wear this dress with a backcombed hairdos!
The bun doesn’t look bad IMO, it makes the whole look quite modern. I think she looks good.
