Carolyn Murphy was in very adorable company at the Animal Haven Cocktail Party on Wednesday (October 4) in New York City.

So, her sweet Markarian frock was perfectly aligned with the event.

I was completely charmed by the custom, off-the-shoulder floral-embroidered dress that was punctuated by puff sleeves.

It managed to accomplish both a sophisticatedly feminine stance along with a nod towards girlish appeal—the best of both worlds. Would you agree?
